Beautiful Ross Apollo 3 Speed Muscle Bike Schwinn Krate

If you want a super nice one owner muscle bike,that you can just enjoy and not have to worry about putting more money into. This is it, it came from the original owner and as you can see was never abused. One thing I always look at on a bike it how bad the ends of the grips and top of the handlebars and sissy bars are scratched up to see if the bike fell over alot or was taken care of. This bike looks like it was never dropped. Now im going to pick on the bike! As I said, its beautiful and if you wanted to make it almost perfect, here is what you can do. The endcaps on the pedals are scuffed up. Buff them out, hit them with some cad paint or find NOS pedals. Believe me NOS pedals on this bike would not look out of place. Where the wire runs down the chain side of the word ross apollo, there is some wear on a few letters. But I personally would not do anything about that! The seat, although perfect, has some wear to the silver piping on the strap from where your butt sits when you ride it. Maybe just a NOS strap. Again, I would change the seat, since its mint. The front tire is not a white line. I would guess they were a matching set, maybe not, maybe its original, experts, you tell me. The back tire is the original but does have some checking and wear from use. Again, its not a perfect bike, but was never abused. The chrome has never been polished, but looks to me like it will come out almost perfect! Even the undersides of the fenders will clean up nice. All in all, just a nice muscle bike from the 70s. Some have asked for a few more shots of the paint, here are a few more, the paint is great, use the zoom button to get a close up, any marks on the paint are DUST, not chips, there is some residue from black tape that he had aroung a few cables, but you will be able to clean that right off and the paint under that is just as nice, you can see the chain has never come off or slipped and marked up the bike, if you Zoom on the word ross apollo on the right side of the bike where the straps hold down the cable, you can see some marks on a few of the letters, but thats it, as I said, this is a used bike, but oh so very well taken care of.
