SOCAL ePALS POLICIES:

(Please Read Carefully Before Bidding or Buying)

RETURNS: Within 3 days of receipt of item(s). Prior authorization must be obtained before Item(s) can be sent back. Not all returns will be authorized but will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Upon receiving authorization item(s) must be shipped back (at buyers expense). All Original Packaging, Parts, Accessories, Manuals, etc.. must be returned in exact condition as when received by buyer or return will not be accepted. Upon review of returned item(s) if return is accepted buyer will receive a refund from us for the amount paid for the item(s) minus all shipping and Handling costs. Refund will be through PayPal or a mailed company check. Returns will be limited to defective or misrepresented merchandise ONLY.

PAYMENT: All Payments to SoCal ePals are expected within 48 hours of an Auction or Listings close. Failure to make payment within the 48 hours will begin the ebay "non-payment" process and item(s) will no longer be available to buyer. If Paying by Cashiers Check, Bank Certified Check or a Postal Money Order YOU MUST NOTIFY US that this will be your method of payment AND SEND PAYMENT WITHIN THE 48 HOURS. Upon notification your item(s) will be held until Payment is received. (no more than 96 hours (4) days of auction/Listing close) Failure to notify us within the 48 hours will begin the ebay "non payment" process and the forfeit of said item(s). Failure to receive payment within 96 hours will result in the same.

SHIPPING: SoCal ePals will ship most item(s) within 48 hours of a cleared payment, If possible we will ship within 24. Some purchases however may require up to 72 hours to ship in which case the buyer will be notified. Purchases made by Cashiers Check, Bank Certified Check, or Postal Money Order will NOT ship until payment has been received by SoCal ePals and deposit verification has been made. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss or damage during shipping, therefore we HIGHLY recommend buyer purchases (optional) insurance when making payment at checkout. (If Paying by Cashiers Check, Bank Certified Check or Postal Money order please be sure to include insurance costs in total amount if purchasing) On Auctions and/or Listings where insurance is REQUIRED the cost will already be added into the shipping total. Please Note that SoCal ePals does not refund shipping, Handling or Insurance Costs at any time. Insurance claims (if Necessary) are to be handled by the buyer and the respective shipping carrier and governed by their policies. SoCal ePals has no involvement in the process of an insurance claim (other than providing buyer with insurance tracking number) or responsibility for it's outcome.
