LAY-AWAY TERMS: **************//XXX

1. NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER is proud to offer a very convenient and flexible Lay-away Plan for items priced at $200.00 and up including the total of more than one item purchased at the same time, available anywhere in the Continental USA. This plan is available outside of the Continental USA on an approved buyer basis. Please contact us if you wish to layaway an item and the shipping address is outside of the Continental USA. Availability of layaway items are not guaranteed until the down payment is made.

2. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements require a minimum initial deposit of 25% of the total price plus shipping fees.

3. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements require that a payment be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of the initial Lay-Away set-up.

4. There will be no handling or processing charges in connection with the set-up or maintenance of your NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement (s). Exception: See number 6 below. If an item is not paid within the the preset timeframe (see timeframe information below) and the buyer and seller have not agreed upon an extension, there will be no refund. We are very flexible and our goal is to complete the sale and delivery of your layaway item so please contact us if an issue arises.

5. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements are for a period of 30-90 Days. However, in certain circumstances, the period may be lengthened if agreed upon by both the BUYER and NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER, only if the scheduled payments are made at least every 30 days. A buyer may open additional lawaway plans for another item if the initial plan is at least one third paid and there have been no late payments.

6. There are no refunds of any NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement payments.

7. NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement will terminate, and BUYER's deposit and other payments under the NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement will become non-refundable and be forfeited to NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER if payment of the total purchase price has not been made within the layaway timeframe from the date of the Lay-Away Agreement unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

8. Layaway orders will only be accepted for orders totaling $200.00 or more, excluding shipping charges. NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER will hold item(s) for a period of no more than the below scheduled days in order for you to make your purchase.

9. Payment 1 (your deposit) is due not more than 24 hours after the ebay purchase. A quick down payment will better ensure item availability.

Payment 2 is due not more than 30 days from initial order date.

Payment 3 is due not more than 60 days from initial order date.

Payment 4 (final payment) is due not more than 90 days from initial order date.

10. Upon receipt of a layaway order, NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER will issue a Layaway Confirmation which will include the order date, total order amount and the due date for each payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records. As payments are received by NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER, you will be sent Payment Confirmations which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received, the balance due and the due date of payments remaining. Please keep these confirmations for your records also.

11. Any layaway item not paid in full in the lawaway timeframe period will once again be offered for sale to the general public, unless other arrangements have been made with NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER.

12. Lawaway payments are as follows:

A. Items priced $200.00 through $750.00 must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the initial ebay purchase date.

B. Items priced $750.00 through $1,000.00 must be paid in full within sixty (60) days of the initial ebay purchase date.

C. Items priced $1,000.00 and up need to be paid in full within ninty (90) days of the initial ebay purchase date.

13. Under no circumstance will a layaway item be shipped until paid in full.

14. To place a layaway order you must agree to all of the terms stated above. Your initial layaway agreement will constitute agreement to all stated terms. We reserve the right to decline any layaway for any reason.
