Shipping: Most items are shipped within 4 week days using 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (not counting weekends). You will receive an email sent to your paypal email address with a tracking number when your package is prepared for shipping. Once USPS tracking shows its delivered, we consider it delivered. If you would like to purchase insurance it is an extra $1.75 per $50.00 of merchandise. We combine shipping, so just add $3.00 for each additional top, $4.00 for pants. More for heavy items (palazzo pants/jeans etc.).

Victoria Secret items: All brand tags such as "Moda" have been cut or defaced to prevent returns. All bras and lingerie have the Victoria's Secret tag removed, but the size and care tag is still intact. We sell both customer returns and brand new overstock items/slight flaw items out of the Victoria's Secret catalog. Condition of each item is stated and any flaws or wear on the returns is noted unless minimal. Very minor dust/dirt from repackaging and shipping may be expected. Some may require ironing. All customer returns should be laundered before wearing.

Return policy: There are NO Refunds unless item is grossly misidentified or Defective. In this case ONLY you will be reimbursed for item and original shipping. You will receive free equal shipping on your next order. Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping. You may exchange anything you are unhappy with for another item of equal value or less. Item must be sent back in original condition within 2 weeks and you may take up to 1 month to choose new item. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges both ways.

International Buyers: We ship Priority International.

You should Include a Working Telephone Number in paypal payment or email just in case customs has a question. With this shipping nothing is guaranteed and insurance is not available. We have had no problems so far, but if you want to be guaranteed to receive your package you will need to have your items sent Global Express. You will need to email me for shipping rates. You are also limited to 5 items per box (postal regulations). If you order more items you will need to pay additional shipping for additional boxes.

About Us: I answer emails Monday-Friday Only. I take most holidays off. Check out our store homepage for exact days. I do not count weekends as shipping days.

Always check our store home page for newly listed items, for our most recent store and Return policies, as they will apply to ALL listings. If you ask for measurements of any item it can take up to 2 weeks for a response as this is not my full time job.

Occasionally ebay software goes on the fritz and lists an item twice. In such instances the item you want may not be available due to undue circumstances out of my control. Rarely my supplier will send me the wrong size and it will not be noticed until pulled for shipping. This is unfortunate, but NOT A REASON to give me bad feedback after I refund your money. I try my best to monitor my store for duplicates and errors but no ones perfect. You can always email me to make sure that I have the item, and it is defect free, and the right size.
