This item powers on, however we are unable to test the item due to our lack of knowledge and lack of proper equipment required for testing. The item's side wheel did however move the belt that moves underneath the eyepiece. The arrow can also be seen through the eyepiece (see pictures). Although presumed working, we are not qualified to properly assess the working condition of such precision equipment.
