PAYMENTS

Accepted method of payment is Paypal. Paypal accepts payments in any currency

and accepts payments by Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, etc.),

Your Paypal payment will expedite the processing and shipping of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipments are done by UPS (except to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes,

APO/FPO/AE addresses, etc.—these will be shipped by USPS Priority service w.

 delivery confirmation, and have a higher shipping rate, as listed in each auction).

INTERNATIONAL

All shipments outside of continental U.S. will be shipped by Priority Air Mail

SHIPPING

(unless requested and confirmed in advance by FenceSmart) insured service. All

duties and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for exchange or refund

AND

(if the item is 100% BRAND NEW) within 7 calendar days after the order has been received.

EXCHANGES

Include the original Packing List/Invoice with the return/exchange along with your explicit

instructions. Shipping and handling charges do not get refunded (unless FenceSmart is at

fault of sending a wrong/defective item).

PROBLEMS WITH

If your item/carton arrived damaged, send us a notification email to

Keep the box until you get further instructions from us non how to proceed. If your order is

missing an item, or an incorrect item was shipped, you HAVE TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 3

BUSINESS DAYS. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days (for U.S.

shipping addresses), notify us immediately. International orders take 10-14 days to arrive

(usually the shipment is held up by the local customs clearance)—if you do not receive

your order within 14 days after making a payment, send us an email!

COMBINED SHIPPING

We no longer combine shipping for separate items/auctions.
