Unpaid Items:
- An unpaid item reminder will be sent if payment is not arranged and/or received within seven business days of purchase.
- Unpaid item disputes will be closed with or without the buyer’s consent after fourteen business days if payment has not been arranged and/or completed by the buyer.
- Contacting the seller to arrange for an alternative method of payment or to inform the seller that a payment will be later is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges and Refunds:
1. Defective or damaged units can be exchanged for a working unit.
2. If and only if a replacement is not available will a refund be issued.
Universal Shipping Policies
- Buyers using paypal must be confirmed and verified. Buyers who are unconfirmed and unverified will be contacted on the day of purchase.
- Shipments for unconfirmed and unverified buyers will be held for a maximum of fourteen days, at which time items will be relisted and payments refunded.
- The seller uses UPS exclusively unless arrangements have been made by the buyer.
- Post office boxes are unacceptable unless they qualify as "APO’s" or arrangements have been made by the buyer.
Contacting the seller to make alternative shipping arrangements is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
