We do not clean or refurbish any equipment offered for sale. Please take this into consideration and adjust your bid accordingly.
We do provide a brief description of the item, this is obtained from either manuals, original purchase documents or from the manufacture's website. One of our goals is to provide an accurate description, this description will include cosmetic flaws, testing (if any) we conducted and general observations about the item being offered for auction. We ship using UPS ground service unless otherwise specified or arranged. We have included the eBay Shipping Calculator on this auction with UPS ground service selected to provide you with shipping cost. If you would like some other form of shipping, please contact us for a quote or to see if it is possible.
We do not attempt to profit from S/H only to recover our actual cost. The cost of shipping for your item includes packaging materials and insurance in the amount of your winning bid. We ship only in new boxes with new packaging materials. We do provide you with an e-mail with the tracking information when your parcel ships.
In the event your parcel is damaged by the carrier, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim on your behalf or the return of the merchandise for a refund.

In most cases items paid for prior to 2PM EST will ship the same day, we ship M-F excluding holidays. Payments made after this time will ship the next day.

- This is a public Auction open to all individuals including West Virginia State government employees; with the exception of employees of the WV State Agency for Surplus Property and employees of Black Knight Trading Company are prohibited from bidding.
- The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property reserves the right to withdraw or remove this item from auction without notice or reason. In the event of active bidders, you will be notified your bids have been cancelled and the item being removed from auction.
- Merchandise offered for auction is being sold in “as is” condition. West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to functionality or quality of property.
- Shipping arrangements are clearly stated within this auction. Common Carrier, USPS, and DHL services are provided by our eBay partner.
- All property offered for local pick-up only must either be picked up, shipped or have shipping arrangements made within seven (7) business days from the auction end date.
- All sales are final.
- Payment in full is expected within seven (7) business days from the closing date of the auction. We will accept PayPal, Company and Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers as forms of payments. No merchandise will be shipped until such time funds are verified as having cleared. This means payment by company or personal check may delay the shipping of your item for up to 12 days.
- Photographs, descriptions, and mechanical reports are provided in an attempt to accurately describe the product offered for auction but in no way infers any warranty expressed, implied or guarantee of condition.
- Bidders are invited, encouraged, and cautioned to carefully inspect property offered in the auction prior to submitting bids. Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the withdrawal of a bid after the close of the auction. To arrange inspection, please call our eBay Partner and Distribution Center at 304-766-6400. Items are normally available for inspection Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST by appointment.
