All the designs have been lovingly created by myself and are copyrighted. You may stitch the designs on personal items or items to sell as long as they are not mass produced. You may not reproduce or share my designs or design files without my prior written consent.

I do NOT REFUND purchases. The designs have all been tested for quality. If, however, you have any problems please contact me for technical support. Please make sure your hardware /software will support the design formats I offer before purchasing. I do not recommend modifying or converting my work. If you do so it is at your own risk. I am not responsible for the quality of a modified design. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions or problems please contact me.

These designs were created for use on embroidery machines. You will need an embroidery sewing machine to stitch these designs. Depending on your embroidery machine you may need additional hardware and software to transfer these designs to your machine. Designs are sent to you via email as zip files (to make them smaller and faster to download and transfer) and will require you to unzip them. All files will be emailed to you by the day following receipt of payment (made by 5pm PST) and notification of the file format to send. I will not send designs out until you have notified me of what format you want. For payments received on Fridays and on the weekends, files will be sent out on the following Monday. I do not send out designs on the weekends. For payments received on U.S. holidays, files will be sent out on the following business day. Please be aware that on very rare occasions due to technical computer or internet problems there might be a delay in getting your designs to you. I appreciate your patience. I try to send designs out as quickly as possible so that you can start enjoying them!
