The machine was used for battering and breading various products in a commissary kitchen supplying 7 Pizzeria restaurants with everything from mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders etc. basically every product that was breaded on the menu. The machine is being sold due to stores being sold off individually and commissary kitchen is closing. This machine is in perfect operating condition and needs nothing it is 100% complete and working also Includes user, parts, service manuals and table with castor's.
