Q. How to Bid?
A. You must have a valid eBay account to bid on this auction. Q. Is bidding open internationally?
A. Yes- This auction is open to all bidders.

Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. You will receive a payment notification through eBay with instructions on completing payment. 

Q. Is this purchase tax deductible?
A. As you are receiving an item in exchange for your payment you will not receive a tax receipt. Please consult your tax advisor for full information and details.

Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. PayPal is the only method of payment accepted. If you do not already have a PayPal account, please sign up 4 days prior to auction end as it takes up to 3 business days to complete the process. If you require payment assistance please contact us.

Q. If I purchase multiple quilts do you combine shipping?
A. Quilts ship from across the county and as such have already been pre-packaged for delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate combined shipping for less then 3 purchases. Please contact in advance for combined shipping rates.

Q. Can I pick it up my purchase in person?
A. Items ship from our distribution centers that are not open to the public so pickup is not possible.

Auctionwire Inc. ("Auctionwire") takes bidding activity very seriously and as such you are hereby notified that by placing a bid through eBay the account holder becomes legally bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this registration form and the Terms and Conditions stated here within:

1. Payment for this auction item must be received within 5 days and may be made via PayPal. Payment for items in excess of $10,000.00 may only be made by certified check or bank wire. Items that have not been paid within 5 days may be automatically re-listed without notice to you and a Non Paying Bidder claim will automatically be filed with eBay.

2. Eligible bidder must be age of legal majority in the country from which they are bidding.

3. Auctionwire, the auction management agency, is performing a management service on behalf of and at the direction of the selling party. Auctionwire, its partners, clients, or donors are not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or for any warranties or guarantees or for the fitness of use of a particular item or condition of the item either explicit or implied herein. Details are provided by the participants that donated the items to the Charity and have may have not been reviewed for accuracy.

4. All bids are legally binding and enforced. Even if you are not the high bidder at the end of the auction your bid is still considered to a legally binding purchase agreement at the highest registered bid amount placed by your account on eBay. In the rare event where the winning bidder defaults on payment, the second highest bidder will become legally bound to complete the transaction at their highest registered bid amount and will be notified within 7 days to complete the transaction. Placing a bid and being outbid does not release you from your obligation or liability to complete the sale of this item. In the event where you are provided a second chance offer, whether you accept it or not you will be required to complete the transaction only at the highest bid amount placed by you. This applies to all subsequent bidders thereafter. In no way does this remove any liability from the highest bidder. Auctionwire and its partners will pursue compensation for any loss or damages as a result of any bidding activity deemed to be fraudulent in nature or that causes damage(s) and harm to the auction to the fullest extent as permissible by law. Please note that actions such as, but not limited to; placing a high bid in error to uncover a reserve price, retracting a bid at any point during the auction, retracting a bid in the last 24 hours of the auction, placing a bid and retracting it in error without placing a follow-up bid, failing to pay for the item within the time specified, non payment of an auction item or any other type of activity that may disrupted or cause harm to the auction process will create a situation where the auction can not run properly and will cause great harm and damage to the auction process. This will cause Auctionwire and its client to incur significant costs and expenses. The minimum cost incurred from such actions is at least $10,000.00USD ('Stated Costs'). This cost represents the costs of marketing and expenses. Your actions may bring additional costs and or damages that you are liable for including but not limited to the cost of recovery, re-listing, re-marketing and or legal fees.

5. By placing a bid and/or taking receipt of the item described in this auction you indemnify, hold harmless and release Auctionwire Inc, its employees, contractors, directors, clients and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and their officers, directors, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, know and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, resulting from or in any way connected with the auction item. Furthermore you fully release all parties associated with conducting this auction from any personal injury, property damage, any loss and all costs sustained or incurred as a result of your bid, use of the auction item, delay in receipt  or experience.

6. Please note that shill bidding is neither allowed nor tolerated. This practice is illegal and carries legal consequences in many areas. Per eBay's help pages, "shill bidding is the deliberate placing of bids to artificially raise the price of an item and is not allowed."

7. Auctionwire reserves the right to block a bidder or cancel any bid at any time for any reason including but not limited to, feedback, non-paying bidder status, bid retractions, and recent bid history. Furthermore if in Auctionwire's sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the auction is not capable of running as originally planned or the integrity of the auction has been compromised for any reason, Auctionwire may cancel the auction without notice and without any compensation to current or high bidders. In the event where an item has been sold and/or paid and is no longer available Auctionwire's maximum liability is to refund you the price paid.

8. This item is sold on an 'as is' and 'where as' basis without any warranties, modifications, changes or refunds. This auction does not include any item or services that are not detailed in the auction page. This auction is for item(s) that have been donated by 3rd party participants. All information has been provided by the individual quilters on an "As Is" basis.  Minor damage may or may not be described and may not be described or seen in the photos. In the event where an item has been sold that is misrepresented in the listing or is erroneously described Auctionwire will provide you with a refund, less shipping and handling costs. 

9. The final outcome of the auction is determined by Auctionwire. All bids placed are considered contractual obligations.

10. Modifications such as additions or cancellations to the auction may be made at anytime and Auctionwire or its clients are not responsible for any changes.
