Betty Crocker's New Picture Cook Book, 1961, First Edition, McGraw Hill, 455 pages.  

This vintage book is in great condition for its age.  Only 7 or 8 pages have stains and they are tiny and very light and are on the outer page edges or in the margins; a teensey tiny edge tear on one of the Index Pages, and a teeney tiny tear on the cover's top edge.  Binding is tight, book cover is strong, bright and clean, no ripped or torn (except for that teensey tiny tear previously mentioned) pages, no loose or missing pages, no writings.  Lots of photos and illustrations and great recipes of all kinds. 

This is truly a one-of-a-kind collectible cookbook.
