  Short sleeved double white and green mock Shirt. V-type neckline with white inset and "V". Buttons run the length of one side of the V- neckline. Silver initials "B H" with white sequins on upper left chest.  Lower right is a Polo person with a sequin polo stick, riding on a horse. And "beverly hills polo club" written in silver underneath the horse..
