BIG-Maps America and Europe have been released. BIG-Maps Asia and Africa&Australia are not released yet.

4 High-resolution map collections form the ideal add-on product for Columbus 2. The collections in BIG-Maps can be used to create super smooth high-resolution map scrolling scenes. The maps are considerably larger than a PAL screen – you could create a route across Europe if you need to.
