What Should I Know Before Buying?

Each item description includes all the information we have about each specific item we have for sale.

All photographs of our items are stock photos and may have a little difference with actual items. If additional photos of the actual item are necessary to illustrate cosmetic conditions, they will be included as secondary photos in the listing.

All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of sale.

Paypal is accepted. Payment must be made with an account that has a confirmed shipping address within the USA.

We also accept Money Orders or Bank Cashier’s Check. We can not ship the merchandise until your payment has been made or clear.

Payment is due in full within Seven (7) days of auction end with winning bid or BuyItNow. If we do not receive payment in the period, buyers will be contacted by us for further confirmation. We will give extension time to clear the payment or find a solution. If there is no response from buyers regarding the payments, we will report to ebay, file item dispute, re-list the item right away.

Shipping is not just for the continental United States. We do ship outside of USA. It is up to you, the customers, to be sure that your payment profile information is current and accurate at all times. Dreamsofuniverse is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number registered with your ebay account or Paypal information.

We will ship to ebay confirmed address or Paypal confirmed address.

Failure to provide an appropriate shipping address is subject to restocking fee. Our fees are set at 15% of the total amount you owe or have already paid us for the item or $2 minimum charge.

We ship all items with FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS depends on the size of the item and/or your mailing address. We do reserve the right to choose which shipping carrier we will use to ship your orders.

We do combine shipping costs. Shipping Rates are as listed on the Auction or BuyItNow list and are not negotiable.

No third party of C.O.D shipping arrangements.

We will proceed with shipping after receipt and processing of payment is clear. All items are usually take 2-3 business days for processing and shipping time within around 5-7 business days depends on locations. International will takes longer. This can be varies from time to time, depending upon the volume of sales too. Please note that if sales volume is high, this can mean an unexpected delay of your package, however, we do our best to ship all packages in a timely fashion. An email will be sent to you to confirm that your item has shipped along with a tracking number. If you find you are unable to track the shipment and it has been over 24 hours since you received the number, then please email us at v_best_4buy@yahoo.com for assistance.

We are not responsible for any and all shipping damage once they leave our control. Shipping damage refunds are the responsibility of the customers and the shipping company. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

There would be an additional charge for insurance.

WARRANTY INFO AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item in 7 days after receive, we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping, restocking & insurance charges if any. We warranty all new products for 7 days after received. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, no returns/refunds after 7 days. Buyer must send us email stating intent to return item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in new condition containing all original instructions and packing materials and ready to restock conditions. An email response containing return shipping instruction will follow. Once we receive the item and verify it meets the previously stated requirements, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.
