In excellent condition is a letter signed with President Bill Clinton's signature and the Official white House Presidential Seal embedded in the top of the letter in the paper.  The letter is written on Woven Linen Paper. When held up to the light you can Read the words  "Woven Linen" in the paper.  Letter is dated Setember 13, 1994.  The letter comes in a blue Presidential folder. Also is an Award Certificate signed by Hon. George E. Brown, Jr. $2nd Congressional District.  Comes with the original envelope. On Left hand upper corner it says" THE WHITE HOUSE' , underneath is written President Bill Clinton.
