A rare signed FIRST EDITION of My Life by Bill Clinton.  Dated 12/19/06.  December 19, 2006. Purchased personally and directed from the Second Story Book Store in Chappaqua , New York state. This book is the first edition and FIRST printing with the highly sought-after "failure of my life" errata and misprint. Published was Alfred A. Knopf...New York 2006.

Clinton is candid on many aspects of his life including being frank about shortcomings and the pride he felt stewarding the greatest American economic expansion in this nation's history.  Candid and personal yet always laden with intellectual alacrity typical of Bubba, we come to comprehend the relevance of his emotional intelligence when he faced dysfunctional dynamics in his family and society.  Details of his Presidency (with the roller coaster aspects and near impeachment that did in fact topple Richard Nixon during the Watergate years) are objective but never lacking in passion. The 2992 campaign against George Herbert Walker Bush, the exchanges of ideas between Bob Dole and the vociferous Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, the professional and emotional support provided by Hillary Rodham Clinton, historical meetings with Rabin of Israel and Palestine's Yassir Arafat and the ubiquitous claim of a pervasive "right wing conspiracy."  Anger, love, charm, assertive patterns of behavior and an international foundation that has garnered the respect of the global world community relating to international relations and AIDS.
