There is a small spot on the cuff of the pants that does not feel chipped but the paint is worn.

 

The ribbon on the back of the frogs head feels sharp leading me to believe that it has been broken and that there was more in the back by the boys arm then we currently see.

The base of this piece is approximate 4 3/8 inches by 3 7/8 inches and this piece stands 6 3/4 inches high.

Please note this item is from an estate  and should be considered used.  Estate items will remain in the state that they were delivered to me with thier vintage dirt and dust.
