You are bidding on a Billy Williams Autographed Perez Steele Postcard.    Signed in Blue Sharpie.  It is in OUTSTANDING Shape, with no creases, Excellent Corners and great centering  -- see scan for yourself.   It has been certified to be authentic by JSA (James Spence Authenticators).    There is a JSA Stamp of approval on the back of the postcard - see explanation below.  This is the real deal from a very desirable set of postcards to get autographed.
