** ALL publishers come out with a new edition every two years to eliminate the used book market and increase their revenues; basically, they put a new cover on the book and add a few irrelevant case studies.  Save money and purchase this previous edition, which contains virtually the same content as the current edition.

***All books are US editions unless stated in listing; international editions may be available upon request.  Unless stated, this is the actual text and NOT the study guide.

Payment Facts:

****Payment required within 72 hours of auction closing; unless other arrangements are made.  EBay will issue a strike against non-communicating non-paying bidders’ accounts.

Shipping Facts:

*****According to USPS, media mail will take 4-14 business days to arrive.  Priority mail will take 2-5 business days to arrive after departing from origin. Orders are processed in the evenings and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.  Orders will not be shipped out the same day of receipt but within 24-48 hours of receipt.

• Tracking is sometimes available on priority mail shipments, and not available on media mail shipments
• All orders are confirmed via ebay and email the night before shipment; please check your junk mail folder if an email hasn’t arrived
• Orders are often shipped  from an affiliate's location to shorten transit time for the buyer’s package; affiliate locations include California, Washington, Indiana, New York, Minnesota, Florida, Nebraska and a few others
• International buyers outside US, PR, or Canada must inquire before purchasing since listings are only set up for US and Canada buyers, shipping is sometimes available to Europe, Asia, and others
• Orders to Canada are shipped via airmail and have been arriving 10-25 days after departure from origin
• Listed Canadian (and only Canadian) shipment pricing is sometimes, but not always, flexible 
• Media mail orders to Puerto Rico have been arriving 8-18 days after departure from origin
• Checks/Money Orders will be mailed too and from our California main office
• We are unable to influence USPS, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX when handling our orders to migrate outside their standard operating procedures, and we will not claim responsibility for any errors made by the shipping service
