 This is a very slightly used Birdog usb 4.0. I tried Installing Satellite TV for a new career, but found is was not for me. Paid over $500.00 new. Only used for 2 mos. Comes with carry case, splash guard, USB cable, a/c &d/c power cords and instructions. Pre-loaded with Dish Network satellites, but easily programmed for whatever satellites you wish via an internet download. Shipping time depends on receipt of funds, up to 9 days
