However if you must send us a personal check, we will delay mailing for 14 days to make sure the check clears. So if an item arrives broken, we will work with you to expeditiously handle the claim through A to Z Gifts. Shipping Policy: We have studied the shipping rates for the Postal Service, UPS and FedEx Ground to determine the cheapest and best way to ship your order. How an order is shipped depends on how much it weighs. If the order weighs less than 3 pounds it will be sent Priority Mail. If it weighs more than 3 pounds, it will be sent FedEx Ground. We only add $0.70 handling fee to cover our costs of packing. We do not believe in trying to make extra money with high handling fees.
