Bison super glue gel - for cue retipping - 2g tube

This is the product we recommend for glueing tips to snooker and pool cues, and it is the glue we use for our own cue retipping service.

This is not ordinary super glue. Ordinary super glue tends to get too brittle with age for use as a tip cement - a really hard shot can literally knock the tip off your cue. This is a super glue gel which does not get brittle and therefore is an ideal tip cement. Another advantage is that it does not soak into the wood of the tip - which reduces the 'stickability' of ordinary super glues for this application. As long as you follow the instructions (clean, dry, grease free, dust free surfaces) the tip is stuck after a maximum of two minutes and usable after 10 minutes.

So, the reasons we recommend this glue are:

It sets quickly, but not too quickly
With it being a gel, you have about 10 - 15 seconds to make sure the tip is centred, before the glue sets
It does not soak into the wood of the glue (which is a problem with ordinary super glue)
It does not appear to go brittle with age
It is the glue Peradon use on all their new cues
It doesn't 'go off' in the tube - we have a tube we've been using now for two months or more

Don't forget to take all the normal precautions that you would with any super glue (ie keep it off your person). This is a 2g tube, to be applied to one surface only. Follow the instructions carefully when using.

Faulty goods
All our goods are new. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be notified to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. Do not return the goods until we ask you to.

Non-faulty goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on any exchange or replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price (less a 10% restocking fee) will be made by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packing will not be refunded.

Our Missing Post Policy

It's our opinion that the Royal Mail is one of the best postal services in the world, but out of the hundreds of items we send out each day, a few do occassionally go missing. If you've ordered an item from us and it hasn't turned up in:

Standard or International postal options: 5 Working days.
Our Special Delivery or Courier services: 3 Working days.

Then please let us know, we'll be able to tell you when it was shipped, when it was supposed to be with you, and confirm your address with you. If you've selected one of our tracked delivery services, we'll start trying to trace your shipment straight away and see what we can to. Fifteen working days after the package should have arrived (twenty-five days for international airmail), let us know it's still missing and we'll send you a replacement free of charge or a full refund - including postage - with our compliments.
This amount of time ensures that the item has really been lost; you'd be amazed how many items we've seen turn up within this fifteen day time limit, and saves you, and us, the hassle and expenses of returning duplicate items.
