We think this is a small Men's Cap
We took out the ole Tape Measure, and
It Measures about 22 inches round with the Velcro closed even
And about 27 inches round with the Velcro open all the way
It is 80 % Cotton & 20 % Acrylic
Made in China

It is New with Tags
