These products were prepared from inspected and passed meat. All products are vacuum-packed and shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice and/or ice packs.

We are only able to ship to locations with transit times of 3 days or less (unless you are willing to pay for the additional cost of UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select). We ship meat on Mondays, and the estimated delivery date must be on or before Thursday of the same week.
