* Full payment, including all shipping and insurance charges, is due within 7 days of auction close.

* All PayPal methods, major credit cards ~ Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover ~ cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted. PayPal is our preferred payment method. If you are using a payment method other than PayPal, please let us know when it has been sent by using the eBay "other" payment button. Using the "other" payment button will also provide you with our remittance address.

* Item(s) will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS, fully insured, within 8 business days after payment is received or the payment has cleared. This timeframe is necessary due to the high number of customized orders we receive. Delivery time, the time that your item is in transit, is additional to shipping time and completely out of our control.

eBay now lets a buyer know when a seller marks an item shipped. Please do not use this date to calculate the transit time. When we mark an item shipped, it means that we have removed the order information from the eBay system so that we do not duplicate orders.

* Insurance is included in the shipping & handling price of the item. We will not ship items without the appropriate insurance to protect your investment.

* We ship to US military personnel using APO and FPO addresses. We also thank you for your service to keep our country safe and free!

* We will gladly combine shipping for a discount on multiple items won within 3 days. At the end of the 3-day period, we require payment and will send an invoice for all of your winning bids. According to legend, the Black Hills Gold design was created by French goldsmith, Henri Lebeau. Many years ago, the young Frenchman designed and made jewelry in Paris. After he perfected his method, he came to America. During the 1870's Gold Rush, he decided to go to California and make his fortune. When he reached the rugged Black Hills of South Dakota, he became lost. He wandered for days without food and water. Lebeau fell asleep and had a dream of a mountain stream with grapevines growing on the banks. Upon awakening, he walked over a rise and found the stream and grapevines just as he had dreamed and out of gratitude, he dedicated his life and talents to creating jewelry in the shapes of grape clusters and leaves fashioned in rose, green and yellow gold. The familiar design is almost the same today as it was a century ago. Today, each piece of Black Hills Gold Jewelry is manufactured through a series of up to 40 different steps and are necessary to capture the same dramatic detail. Each tiny leaf or swirl is made with infinite care. The perfection of detail requires that artists spend from one to eight hours creating a single piece.
