They have a Warranty date of August 2003. Once it is beyond the warranty date, this means that they can no longer be sold in a retail environment. HOWEVER, the ink is still good for five years after 8/2003 or up to 8/2008. These have NEVER BEEN USED and are still in their new/original packaging
