This is a Black crushed velvet, sleeveless, keyhole-back, turtleneck dance or skate leotard with an attached skirt....Adult  Small, made by LIBERTS Dancewear.  Skirt is 10.5 inches in length, leotard side seam length is 12 inches from underarm to leg opening, bust is 16 inches from underarm to underarm (unstretched). Turtle neck has velcro closure for adjustable fit.  93% Polyester...7% Lycra.  Machine wash/dry.
