* All Paypal payments MUST BE received within 5 days. All unpaid auctions will be re-listed, reported and will no longer be available for sale. All late payments will be returned back to the buyer as soon as they are received.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS
* All payments Must Include Correct Address, so please make sure your address is listed correctly with paypal. We ship directly from the paypal payments address, it is crucial that this information is correct. Please do not send the information in a separate email, purchases will not be shipped with an unconfirmed address unless stated prior to purchase. Buyer is responsible to pay extra postage to resend any packages that are returned for an incorrect address or unclaimed status (stay with the post office too long without pick-up).

CALCULATING SHIPPING TIME

The arrival of your shipment is affected by three factors: product availability, method of shipment selected and time of year the merchandise is shipped.

* Availability: If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order. We will refund you the full amount of the purchase including shipping unless stated otherwise by the buyer. We will update your order status with an estimate of when the item will be available. Please note that the estimate is made primarily from information given to us by the manufacturer and may not always be accurate. Most likely, the delay will be shorter than first indicated. We make all efforts to maintain an accurate and updated inventory, and currently less than 1% of orders are on back order.

* Method: The shipping method selected affects the time-in-transit of your package once it leaves the Thevividroom’s warehouse. Fedex Express shipping time-in-transit is estimated at 2-3 full business days for all domestic orders.

* Time of Year: Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Halloween (October 31st). Please be advised and place your orders accordingly. Orders must be placed 7 business days prior to October 31st to receive your order in time. Please email us if overnight shipping is needed.

Lastly, remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Thevividroom's warehouse. Orders are usually processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 48 hours of your order, Monday through Friday. This would be delayed if an item was on back order, or if the order was placed over the weekend (after noon central time on Friday) or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. APO AND PO BOX ADDRESSES Please note that all shipments to PO Box numbers and APO addresses must be sent using the United States Postal Service. If you have requested express delivery to such an address, a comparable service offered by the USPS will be substituted for the FedEx service.

At Thevividroom, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we will be glad to do so. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the items shipped. All items returned are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Clearance Items
All merchandise reduced in price are eligible for exchanges or store credit only, no refunds. For clearance items, you must contact us within 5 business days of when you received the item.

Shoes and Boots Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. Do not put tape or labels directly onto the shoebox. Items returned with tape or shipping labels on the box are subject to a $15 restocking fee. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles. Thevividroom is not at all in any way responsible for shoes that have been worn & then broken by the customer. We do not guarantee the life of any pair of shoes. Heels, foam sandals, straps, buckles, etc can break due to customer use. If you feel the shoe was broken, damaged, or grossly misinterpreted, please contact us within 7 days for return or exchange.

Accessories
All accessories will be sold as a final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

How to Send Back Your Return
If you feel you need to return your item, please email us and we will send you a item return form. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Form that has been completely filled out. All tags must still be attached to merchandise. Items should be well packaged and we recommend using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for your return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost shipment. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return.
