ModernDanish.com makes sure the customer is 100% pleased. Our team ensures that orders are perfectly packaged to minimize room for damage, checked for accuracy & shipped on time.

  • All returns need to be authorized. If a customer returns an item without prior authorization, refund or replacement will not be honored and the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the item back to them. To get an authorization please call customer service at 1-678-389-3959.
  • We have a thirty day return policy.  If after installation the item is defective, the customer needs to call 1-678-389-3959 for warranty service.  ModernDanish.com customer service staff will direct the customer to the correct department and make a determination of the problem.  We reserves the right to, after determining the problem, replace, refund, or provide replacements parts. We will not take back items with cosmetic issues after installation.
  • Shipments need to be inspected for accuracy within 5 Days of the delivery. Items reported missing after the that time frame will not be considered for reshipment or replacement.  
  • If the wrong item is received, a return shipping label will be issued to the customer either electronically or by US mail.  Once the package is received and inspected if a problem is found a replacement will be sent or exchange honored with RMA # and return procedures to follow.  Replacement items or parts are sent after original is received.  
  • Expedited shipping is not available for replacement orders, unless the customer wishes to pay.
  • To help us assist a customer with visual defects or flaw issues on any of our products, they may be asked to provide a digital photo(s) of the item in question. 
  • All Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee - Shipping Charges are never refunded.  Any and all returns require an RMA#.  We are not responsible for installation damages or contractor expenses at any time.  No used or installed items can be returned.  Damages have to be reported within 5 Days of receipt.
