Terms and Conditions

Shipping Charges and Taxes

Shipping and Handling Charges: We offer combined shipping unless it is stated as not available.  For combined shipping we charge full shipping cost on the item with the highest shipping charge.  For each and every item thereafter we charge 50% of the shipping charge for that item.  While we provide discounts on combined shipping, we reserve the right to ship them in separate packages. Buyer to pay shipping and handling cost. See eBay listing for detail. If not specifically offerred in the listing, we usually ship by USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight and size of package. These methods will usually take 2 to 7 days to reach you. If you need to have it sooner, please email us to make other arrangements. Click here to see an estimate of arrival time. Sales and Other Taxes: Items shipped to California locations will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Buyers from outside California are responsible for sales and other taxes, if any, from their city and state. Buyers are responsible for any local or import taxes for items shipped to countries outside of the United States.

Return Policy

Defective Items:

Refund or exchange will be given for defective items if you email us; and let us know within 7 days after the item was delivered to you. Prior to issuing credits, you must promptly return all accessories, manuals etc. in original packaging. Any missing items will be charged to you. Please call for return authorization before shipping the item back to us.

Wrong Items:

If we ship you the wrong item we'll reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you. You must contact us for return authorization and instructions within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned with all manuals, accessories, warranty cards etc.

Returns:

We accept returns only on unopened items in re-sellable condition within seven (7) days from the date the item was delivered. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable on product returns. Please research the product you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure you read the descriptions included in every item we sell. It is the customer responsibility to verify the product is what he or she is looking for. If necessary, you may contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Price Protection:

Adbakus does not offer price protection, due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date or at a different location.

Except as expressly stated herein, Adbakus expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Adbakus arising from any product sold on the Adbakus sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Adbakus, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from Adbakus to Customer on shipment from facility of Adbakus. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected either by Adbakus or by Customer is Customer's responsibility.

Sales Taxes

Adbakus shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Typographical Errors

Adbakus attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Adbakus does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Adbakus itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Adbakus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Adbakus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Adbakus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
