Due to the amount of items we are buying and selling, Feedback will be left on a reciprocal basis only, as a courtesy to our buyers and sellers, if you want feedback left, please leave feedback for us and we will do the same if done within 14 days of receiving or sending of an item.
We use the shipping calculator provided by eBay as a convenience to our customers. We ship all of our items using either UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL shipping services. Motor Freight uses various sources. We select the source of shipment based upon the items dimensional weight and size. All auctions are As-Is unless stated differently in the above item description.

| Payment | PayPal is preference, we will accept Money Orders and Cashier checks, however items are not shipped until we have received this payment.
Please NOTE: Effective 1-8-05, USPS is going up on rates, with over 1400 listings, it is next to impossible for us to update all of this within this time, so please keep in mind and understand that items shipped with our flat rate shipping will be $4.25 and $8.50 beginning on 1-8-06.
We try to keep shipping cost to a realistic amount, never intentionally trying to profit on shipping. We refund 8-10 buyers on a daily basis for shipping paid and not needed and we are human, so there are times that, using templates to create new auctions, we will have this incorrect. If you feel like yours is overstated, contact us and we can look at it, it is possible we missed changing the shipping weight. By the same token, not being perfect, we may accidently understate this and need more shipping, if this creates a situation where you would then not want the item, we will immediately refund your monies and cancel the transaction, this rarely occurs, but human error will always be a possibility and since we do not keep excess when it is received, we really need it when we are shortchanged on it as well, but will not hold anyone to the purchase if we find this to be the case and will certainly give you the option of backing out of this transaction, but as mentioned, with the 20,000+ items sold, this has only occured to us twice, so is really rare. Also with eBay's latest updates, consolidated invoices are not combining shipping cost, if you pay the invoice and we have too much, it will be refunded, if you see this and it sounds high, then please feel free to request a combined invoice from us, so we can be sure we have it right from the start for you.

We have no hidden handling fees on any of our listings.
When possible, we will use our $4.25 and $8.50 Flat Rate Priority Mail to ship items won, when we can do so to save buyers money, we will be refunded the excess shipping paid, back to your PayPal account. We are trying to have all our auctions done by weight though, so we can accommodate the majority of buyers we have that purchase multiple items from multiple listings. | | Shipping | We use the UPS Calculator provided by eBay for shipping, as a convenience to both the buyer and ourselves. However we consider the size, weight, quantity of items purchased and will ship items using one of the following services: UPS, DHL or USPS. If we are able to ship this for less and get it to you quicker with another shipper, we will do so and refund the extra shipping that was paid. Because of this, if your address is NOT serviced by the USPS, please let us know, so we will be sure to NOT use USPS if we find it to be more economical and quicker using the Flat Rate Priority Shipping. | | Delivery | We ship Mon-Sat with USPS and Mon-Fri with DHL for domestic shipments. International Shipments are shipped Mon-Fri. Most cases Priority Mail is received within 1-3 business days. DHL can be from 1-6 Business days, depending upon your location to us here in SC. We do follow up after 7 days, to assure that your package has arrived, if it has not, then please let us know, the quicker we can follow up with a shipper on a package, the more likely any problems can be found and corrected. Cutoff (Although we often print first thing in the morning also) is 9 PM EST for items to be shipped the following business day. | | Refunds & Returns | Like most auctions, our sales are As-Is, unless noted differently in the items description. Due to the quantities being sold of our items, most often we will use a file picture of the item, that we have on hand. These pictures are taken of a random piece and are not "cherry-picked" to find one that looks the best. Most often in fact, we use just an average piece and attempt to make sure that we do NOT use one that looks better than what we will be shipping. Our goal is to have you back as a buyer and to exceed any expectations you might have from us for the items purchased and will always do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problems you feel you may have. If you feel as though we have not been clear in a description and have reason to think that we should offer some guarantee, this must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt of item. At no time will shipping cost to you or for shipping cost back to us be refunded.
