Shipping Damage	We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with shipping carrier company if buyer purchased our optional shipping insurance. In extreme circumstances, if your item is lost or damaged by FedEx or Post Office, please notify us through email by the next business day following receipt of the damaged item. Email the damaged item's picture is required. Please be sure to use all the original shipping material to pack the item as same as you received. Fedex will go to pick up the damaged item for damage inspection. It will take about 3-4 weeks to close the claim. We will ship you a brandnew item or repaired item ONLY if shipping carrier company paid the damage or lost.
