We accept all major credit cards thru our own credit card processing, . Payment must be received with-in 7 days of invoice date or we will file a non-paying bidder report. All sofas and custom ordered sofas are non-refundable. All custom ordered furniture is non-refundable so please be sure you like the item and the color choice before ordering, please call us if you have any questions or would like any fabric swatches. We do require photos of any damages to the items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru the claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for. Please ask us any questions you might have by e-mail before you purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All non-custom orders that are returned will incur a 20% restocking fee, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Money Back

20 % re-stocking fee applies to all returns.  Return authorization required prior to returning merchandise, any shipments that are just refused upon delivery will be charged all shipping to and from plus a 40% re-stocking fee with no prior autorization.  Items must be un-assembled and in it's original packaging and insured wit hthe return shipping agent, if your item is damaged when it arrives back you will be notified and will need to file a claim with your shipping company.
