It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully read the Phone Information/Terms and
Conditions/Returns within our cell phone listing before making the purchase to
fully understand the limitations of International Model Cell Phones.
Cell phones which are marked as unlocked (being International Phones) are not
capable of working on the internet. They are not enabled to browse the internet
and will not be able to access it.
Phones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 20%
restocking fee.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where
Shoprshop has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.
REFURBISHED/FACTORY RECONDITIONED CONSIDERATIONS
Refurbished/Factory Reconditioned items are packaged by our supplier
we do not and cannot open them and therefore we cannot and do not make any
comment or guarantee as to the Cosmetic Condition of the Unit.
It is the Buyers responsibility to fully read and understand our Return Policies
in the our Terms and Conditions/Returns Sections in order to understand the
buyers financial considerations.
