If the item you received is defective, please contact us for exchange/return within 30 days after receiving the item . Buyer has to response for the postage for shipping the original item back to us. All other returns, only if the item is still in brand new never used status will be accepted, no S&H charge will be refunded, plus 20% charge of total price for restocking fee, buyer pays return postage.
