 This light was only use twice and the battery is in prime condition. I kept it charged the way the instructions specified. Comes with everything you see in the picture which is everything that came in the box.

A: Not sure of the lumens you might have to check with the company. I have ran this light for over two hours with no loss is power. I'm sure it would last longer.
