Used Blackburn, lower fork racks, Missing some clamps, sold as is. The racks are straight and will work fine. (SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR PANNIERS) Very nice condition. Some scratches, scuffs, etc, but overall very nice. Email questions prior to bidding. Buyer pays shipping, Ebay calculator is some times incorrect. If you have concerns about items getting lost or damaged, request/ use tracking and Insurance.
