In terms of problems or issues please communicate any concerns you have and you will generaly get a response within one business day. If there is no response please resend the email as they get lost all the time and a lost email can cause much distress in a transaction. All deliveries are sent via Canada Post surface route. This can sometimes take upwards of 2 to 3 weeks for the western states and 1 to 2 for the rest of the united states and canada, so please give some time for delivery. We always ship out by 11:00 am every day so anything paid up until that point goes into the system.
