【Paymment Policy】

【Shipping Policy】

We will ship out your item within 1 business day through Airmail after the payment was cleared.  Normally it expects 10 to 35 days to get to worldwide destinations. It needs 8-14 days to get to USA.

After we shipped out the items, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible, and Buyer may check the shipping status at the local post office in his own country.  USA Buyers can trace their parcels on usps.com

【Resend Policy】

If buyer don't receive his item(s) after 35 days since the date we shipped out his item(s), buyer can ask us to resend the item(s). We will help buyer track the shipping information. That may take one to three weeks. If what we find out is buyer really did not receive the item(s), and the item(s) he ordered is/are in stock at the time, we will resend the item(s) to buyer.  

If buyer received his item(s) broken because of the shipping, buyer can ask us to resend. We require buyer provide simple evidence to show the item(s)' situation, such as picture(s) of the broken item(s), and we will resend to buyer provided that the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at the time. A shipping charge will be required unless the buyer himself has paid the shipping insurance.

If the item(s) required to resend is or are out of stock, we can only provide the buyer some similar item(s)' pictures to select as replacement(s)., or buyer can ask for a refund.
