A Winning Bid is a legal binding contract between buyer and seller per eBay Rules and Regulations, and transactions must be fulfilled according to these policies.

Domestic Shipping: Shipments are performed via fully insured Next Day or 2nd Day UPS Delivery service, and the shipping charges are based on the insured amount and urgency of the shipment. All packages are shipped with "Signature Required" for customer's security and have to be signed for by an authorized adult. We can make certain shipping accommodations by using different shipping couriers and ask potential customers to contact us with their inquiries.

International Shipping: We ship our watches Worldwide and have extensive experience in international shipments. Our international deliveries are performed via fully insured International Priority FedEx service. We encourage our International bidders to contact us for shipping quotes to the countries of their residence since shipping charges vary quite significantly depending on geographic regions of the world.

Please note, that all International customers are responsible for VAT, any associated taxes, customs fees imposed and charged by their local governments.

Warranty Policies: Essence of Time, Inc. provides One-Year Limited Warranty on movements of the watches purchased from us (including parts and labor) from the date of purchase. If a problem with the watch occurs during this period, customers need to contact us and request our Authorization to return the watch for repairs. We keep our customers updated on a status of repairs, and once a watch is fixed, customer will be notified and the watch will be shipped back.

Our warranty doesn't cover damages caused by excessive wear and tear, scratches on the case and crystals, non-compliance with manufacturer’s specifications in operating the watch, water-resistance limitations and physical abuse.

Returns: We offer 3-Day Return Policy on our watches from the date of receipt of the watch. A customer needs to notify us by the end of a 3rd Day of his / her intentions to return a watch. The watch has to be received back to us by 7th Day since it was purchased. Please don't wear a watch until you are certain, that you would like to keep it. All watches must be returned in the same condition to qualify for refund as they were received, including all boxes, papers, hand tags and other accessories included with a watch. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs when sending a watch back to us. We reserve the right to reject any returns and withhold the refund if a watch was tempered with, worn, damaged, scratched or altered in any way.
