About Byakuya Kuchiki

 Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of a noble Shinigami family. He expresses his nobility through his attitude in both the material and spirit world. Byakuya's zanpakuto is Senbonzakura (a thousand Cherry Blossoms). When first released, Senbonzakura fragments into a multitude of barely perceptible blades that appear as Cherry Blossoms as they refract light. The advanced release elongates these blades to full length swords which surround Byakuya and his opponent isolating them from any outside interference. This second form can also be coalesced into one mighty glowing sword and imbuing Byakuya with incredible amounts of pure spirit energy which he can use to devaste any who choose to oppose him.

This replica of Byakuya Kuchiki's Sword 41 inches in overall length (sheathed) and is equipped with a 26 1/2 inch carbon steel blade with a distinctive hamon line. The tsuka (handle) is traditionally wrapped with a deep blue cotton cord that matches Byakuya's cool and uncaring attitude. The saya (scabbard) is also painted in a deep blue. The tsuba (guard) is cast metal with an antiqued bronze finish. This is a beautiful piece and a must have addition to the Bleach fan's collection of zanpakuto weaponry.
