Blizzard is THE up and coming ski brand in the U.S.  Always a great seller in Europe, this brand is finally getting noticed here in the U.S thanks to a new organization with young, fresh ideas.  The Titan Cronus is a latest version of the cult favorite Titan 9 of the last couple of years.  Once billed as a wide ski, the Titan Cronus is now a one ski quiver, as skiers are seeking wider and wider shapes to ski the entire mountain.  Blizzard skis are always rock solid on the snow, and the race construction of this ski makes it one of the most amazing wider skis you can buy.  It is plenty wide for fun in the steep and deep, and a magnesium metal layer helps this ski hold on groomers and hard snow like no other ski in this class.  Most other skis in the 90 mm waist category are simple wood and or foam core construction, and almost never any metal.  Not here; the Titan Cronus has a full edge to edge, tip to tail sheet for super stability at speed, and best in class edge hold.  This is the ONE SKI THAT CAN DO IT ALL.  Check out these features of the Blizzard Cronus model;

• Sandwich Compound wood core – wood absorbs vibration better than any other core material.  Wood cores are very lively and offer excellent torsional stiffness as well.
• 1 sheet of metal and 1 sheet of carbon  – A full magnesium layer under the core and a full sheet of carbon above make this an outstanding ski on any kind of snow.  Carbon adds tons of rebound as it resists compression as the ski flexes.  Magnesium has very high tensile strength, so it resists stretching as the ski flexes.  The result is a ski with tons of pop, incredible stability and super strong edge hold.  The Cronus is very smooth on the snow, and nothing underfoot ever seems to surprise the skier riding on this ski.
  
• ABS side walls - ABS acts like a shock absorber for the edges; keeps the steel in contact with the snow when the surface is hard and uneven.
  
• Tail rivets add a cool look this ski, but they have a functional purpose as well.  Many wide skis tend to delaminate over time, as the vibration is focused in the tail area as it travels through the structure.  These skis are built bomb proof, and backed up by a two year warranty.

We offer the Cronus at a reduced price, packaged with the Marker Baron AT binding.  (The Cronus is available with Blizzard's IQ binding system as well).  This system requires custom mounting to your specific boot sole (comes in two sizes - S 265 to 320 mm and L 305 to 370 mm).  The Baron is the same binding as last season's smash hit Duke, with a lower max DIN (12) and a few ounces lighter in weight.  Besides the obvious advantages and versatility of the AT system, the Baron also offers a wider mounting platform than conventional sytems and other AT bindings.  Because the hole pattern and toe piece are wider, the boot's leverage over the edge of the ski is greatly improved.  The feel is more precise, edge hold is more powerful, and the ride is more stable.  THIS IS TRULY THE ULTIMATE ALL MOUNTAIN, IN AND OUT OF BOUNDS SETUP.  We will premount your bindings on the skis to the boot sole length you provide at NO CHARGE (details below).  Here are the features of the Baron AT binding;

• Back Country Technology design – The BCT/ski lever located under the boot easily changes the system from Back Country to Ski mode.  When released, the skiers center of gravity is shifted back 30 cm for better balanced ski swing and kick turns.  Hiking positions can be locked at 6 and 12 degrees.  We offer Marker climbing skins also.  Check our Ebay store, and ask us for free shipping with this package!
  
• Low stand height - The Marker Baron has a very low stand height of 32 mm at the toe, and 34 mm at the heel.
  
• Gliding Anti Friction toe rest – The boot toe sits on a moving plate that slides with the boot as it absorbs shock or releases.  Sliding friction is reduced, so the binding can function very consistently regardless of real world conditions like dirt, boot wear, or downward pressure.  The toe rest position can be moved to accommodate a wide range of AT boots, as well as any DIN standard alpine boot.
  
• Vertical heel design – The hold down force of this new heel design focuses the hold down force toward the boot sole for improved retention, and less chance of an unwanted release in a "hairy" situation.
