Here is a great barbie for OOAK purposes.  She has a beautiful face and body with no chew marks or scrapes.  Her hair is in descent shape, could use some wash and styling maybe.  But over all she is gorgeous.

She is fully poseable in her neck, shoulders, elbows, waist, thighs, and knees.  She is very flexible!  Perfect for posing in wonderful, creative OOAK themes.
