I ship worldwide, and usually within two days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping is based on weight, and I can combine shipping. If you purchase five or more Dollfie items, shipping is free. This should show on checkout; however sometimes it doesn’t. Please request the total if it doesn’t come up correctly.

US shipping is by First Class Mail Parcel and includes tracking. Insurance is optional; buyer takes responsibility once the Post Office has the package if insurance is not purchased although so far, there’s never been a problem.

International shipping is by the new International First Class Mail; insurance is not available from the Post Office for that. If you want to insure an international shipment, please e-mail me for a quote before bidding, as the item will need to be sent either International Priority or EMS; shipping and insurance will be expensive either of those ways.

I accept Paypal and money orders for US sales, and Paypal only for international.

If you want to wait to combine with another auction you are interested in, this is fine, just let me know. Also if you are sending payment by money order, please let me know within 48 hours of auction end. Feel free to e-mail me through E-bay with questions or to get more pictures.

Returns are accepted only if there is a defect in the item, so please read the listing carefully, especially since I sell both people and doll clothes. Used items are sold "as is". I try to describe the items as accurately as possible, and you can always ask questions or to see more pictures.
