Buyer is responsible for providing correct, complete shipping address in your paypal payment. Shipping charge won't be refunded if item is returned due to wrong address.
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Without insurance, item is shipped by regular international airmail. Buyer accepts risk of loss of goods; we can neither guarantee delivery nor provide tracking information.
With insurance, item is shipped by registered international airmail, although it doesn't provide tracking service, it guarantees delivery. Your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left in mailbox with contact information; you will need to go to your local post office to pick up the item.
Express shipping is available for buyers who need quick delivery and tracking service, please contact me for the cost to your country.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. If wrong item is sent due to our mistake, we will send you replacement on our cost.
All non-defective, undamaged products can be returned for refund, but initial shipment charge won't be refunded and buyer is responsible for return postage.
Because jewel cases are fragile and on rare occasion may be damaged during the shipping process, they will not be considered defective if jewel case damage occurs during transit.
Defective product will be replaced after return is received. Buyer will pay for return postage, but we will refund initial shipment charge as compensation.

Q: Although item works perfectly, case is damaged; can you send me a replacement? A: Sorry, sending a jewel case costs much more than the case itself. Due to long distance, we don't cover case damage during transit. You can purchase a brand new jewel case at local store for less than $1.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on bulk purchases? A: Yes, if you win multiple items and send us one single, consolidated payment for all items, you are qualified for $1 discount off shipping fee on each additional item. Shipping discount is applied automatically when you checkout. Already paid items cannot be combined with unpaid items.
