 Misses' Blouse & Culottes:

Semi-fitted blouse with ruffle has bias neckline binding, back neckline slit with button and thread loop closing and full length sleeves gathered at cap and bias binding at lower edge.  Culottes five inches below mid-knee have front pleated into straight waistband, front slant pockets with diaper opening.

Size (8-10-12)

 

 Uncut pattern.    factory folded.  The envelope is ripped.  Pattern is complete with no damage.
