All our figurines are new. There is a small spot on a figurine where a glass rod was attached; it looks a little rough. Please understand that it’s not a defect, but the result of a figure creating process. However, if you don't like a figurine, you can return it within 7 days. NO RETURNS are issued for damaged items due to shipping and handling by the postal services. Please email us as soon as you receive a damaged figurine and we will assist you with filing a claim with USPS.

Shipping insurance is included in S&H cost. Attention to INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You are responsible for any custom charges and tariffs that your country may impose on goods. We have no control over these charges. Your figurine will be sent the next business day after receipt of payment.
