Shipping

**

 

We do not play games with the shipping amount just to get you to bid on an item.  The shipping is made as low as we can go to cover the costs of the packaging and handling to ensure the safe delivery of your item.  The same can be said of our auction pricing.  We do not play games with the listing amount.  Shipping discounts for multiple items are always offered.

 

Auction shipping amount is for the continental United States.  Residents in Alaska, Canada and Hawaii need to contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Shipping to APO, FPO, Military bases, and P.O.Boxes is not available at this time.

 

All items are out the door in 3 days or less from the time payment is complete.  Transit time is dependant on UPS, DHL or the USPS.  Please allow ample time to receive your shipment.

 

If you need your purchase fairly quickly, please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

We always ship to Canada; other locations are at our discretion.  Shipping time will increase by 10-14 days for other locations.  The manufacturer will not ship internationally; we will need to bring the product into our warehouse (if it is not already here) and then ship it to you.

Terms of Sale

RETURN POLICY:

 

If you receive a product that is damaged, I will send a replacement or refund at my discretion.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable; this is NOT NEGOTIABLE.

 

You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your item.

 

Any item returned must be returned in its original box and in the same condition as when it left our warehouse.  Item must be returned within 7 days from receiving it.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

You are responsible for any S&H and Insurance costs to return the item.

If you do not insure the item and it gets damaged, there will be no refund or replacement.

 

We do not accept any unauthorized returns.  You must contact us to get authorization prior to returning the item.  A photo may be required for approval.

 

Items that require assembly CAN NOT BE RETURNED unless assembly has not been attempted.

 

All items are in stock when listed.  On a very rare occasion that the item goes out of stock due to sales demand, you have your choice to purchase another item using what you paid as a credit OR wait for the item to be restocked.  If you decide you want your money back, it will be refunded in 24 hours or less.

 

A restocking fee of 25% of the sale price will be charged for undamaged returns.
