The Blue Bison meat company is based in beautiful Ste. Genevieve, MO. Our bison roam our Crown Valley Winery vineyards along side our grapes. For this reason, naming our product Blue Bison was fitting, reflecting the color of our grapes. These animals are farm raised, and are given no hormones or antibiotics. Whether you buy from our online store, or visit Crown Valley Winery, you will receive the same great product and friendly service that many customers have come to expect from Crown Valley.

Four 8 oz. Ribeyes, four 8 oz. New York Strip Steaks, and one 2.5 lb. Sirloin Tip Roast. Bison meat is higher in protein and leaner than beef. Farm-raised in Sainte Genevieve, MO. Bison meat is healthier than traditional beef, with all the flavor of Blue Bison. Blue Bison meat is 100% steriod and antibiotic free.
Our auction is for 100% all-natural bison meat. These products were prepared from inspected and passed meat. All products are vacuum-packed and shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice and/or ice packs.

We are only able to ship to locations with transit times of 3 days or less (unless you are willing to pay for the additional cost of UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select). We ship meat on Mondays, and the estimated delivery date must be on or before Thursday of the same week.
